Reinstate Catford's missing 'green link' bridge

The 1st phase redevelopment of Catford [London Barratt construction of 'Catford Green' on the former Greyhound Stadium site] witnessed the demolition of the existing pedestrian bridge link over the Hayes railway line to Doggett Rd SE6 without the proposed reinstatement of a better placed 'green lung' bridge to resolve SouthCircRd access. Points

Green access for pedestrians/cyclists entering to and from Catford Centre has held Catford back for decades. Both the Catford 'Masterplan' from 2018 and the Catford 'Framework Plan' from 2020 have highlighted the need to join Catford Centre to available green space - notably in Ladywell Fields. However, Lewisham Council's Mayor/Cabinet voted in Sept 2020 to entirely drop the intended reinstatement of Catford's 'green link' bridge and this has opened a fatal flaw in the Framework Plan.
